High above the City you’ll find a classic French restaurant, complete with extensive terraces and a secret garden. The food is just as impressive as those views, overseen by Head Chef Damien Rigollet.

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a bright, talented and dynamic Back of House Supervisor to join our team.

Your main duty will be to support and supervise our Kitchen Porter team in all Back of House procedures. You will report directly into the Head Chef.

As the Back of House Supervisor, you will train, develop and motivate your team of Kitchen Porters to ensure a seamless running of each service. Knowledge of COSHH, Health and Safety, and Manual Handling Policies and Procedures is essential. You will be hands on with the kitchen Porter team and lead by example. As the supervisor you will train all new starters. You will write the kitchen porter rota, take responsibility for all administrative duties for your team, and Zennith - which are all of our cleaning products,
