The Role:
• Provide clear and motivating leadership to your team
• Offer superior customer service
• Create a culture and community of regular clientele
• Responsible for cost control; P&L, labor, food costs
• Managing and developing FOH staff by training and providing support where needed
• Quality control and customer experience
• Ensuring a clean restaurant and all staff are presentable
The Person:
• GM experience is an asset or strong experience experience as an AGM
• Strong experience defined as strong corporate brands, high volume units and a proven record of increasing sales and/or decreasing costs without compromising service or quality
• A career-minded individual who is passionate, creative and excited to become a key member of a growing brand
• Proven career stability is required
• Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills, professional written and verbal communications and have the desire to participate in a flexible team environment
