The Role:
As Floor Manager / Assistant Manager you will be accountable for;
• Daily operations of a high-volume restaurant
• Managing a team of 100 + staff
• Maintaining brand standards
• Developing, training and coaching teams
• Oversees beverage program
• Reports to General Manager
• Maintain relationships between front and back of house
The Person:
The ideal Floor Manager / Assistant Manager will;
• Have experience within high-volume, premium restaurant setting
• Min of two years’ management experience
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be a natural leader
• Enjoys being hands on and leading from the front
