The Front of House Manager Role:
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the best guest experience possible
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests
• Motivating and mentoring a team
• Meeting financial targets and completing all required paperwork
• Brand Ambassador
The Ideal Front of House Manager:
• Previous experience in a full service and high-volume restaurant
• Previous high-volume, Front of House management experience
• Flexible Schedule (weekdays, nights and weekend shifts)
• Job Stability (no job hopping)
