Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Hourly Salary ($17/hr) + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Company Match
About the client
We are working with one of America’s most renowned hospitality groups who are looking for a top Culinary Supervisor to join their team. They are searching for the WOW factor candidate who can assist with the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities
• Liaison between Sales manager and vendors to arrange delivery, set-up, pick-up of materials.
• Create and manage floor diagrams and rental orders.
• Create and manage updates and changes to Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Be present for event-day and ensure correct delivery and execution to previously established diagrams/instructions. Ensure service standards are upheld at all times
• Ensure Food & Beverage standards are maintained at all times, taking corrective action as necessary
Ideal candidate
• Similar experience
• Higher education in a relevant field
• Experience within food service, ideally within a corporate environment
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Serv Safe is an added bonus
