• A valued contributor to the management team
• Assists in developing FOH staff by training and offering support where needed
• Learning how to control food and labor and contributing to this success by guiding the team
• Monitors food quality leaving the kitchen quality control and guest experience
• Ensuring a clean restaurant and all staff are presentable
The Person:
• 1 year in a management position
• A career-minded manager who is passionate about food and providing the best customer experience in the city!
• Corporate branding is an asset
• Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills, professional written and verbal communications and have the desire to participate in a flexible team environment
