Description
Located in the heart of Notting Hill, Cubitt House is bringing back to life one of the 19th Century’s finest pubs, The Princess Royal. A beautifully designed 150 cover dining room and bar with garden dining, private dining and four beautiful bedrooms.
Our Food story is driven by our newly appointed Chef Director, Ben Tish. Creating a menu inspired by the diverse cooking styles of the gloriously sun-drenched Mediterranean way of life, as well as a focus on seasonality and bountiful British produce.
Anchoring the pub is a central bar with a dream team serving up an expertly curated drinks list from whimsical perfect serves, on tap cocktails, craft beers and ales, to fine wines and champagnes. A dedicated section on the menu offers the raw bar experience, from oysters and razors to crudo and red prawns.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team for our new opening in Notting Hill: someone who will not only share our passion for the products but be enthusiastic, work in a team and above all, have fun while doing it all. A desire to deliver the absolute best experience for our guests is a must.

Experience as a Senior Assistant Manager who has very good working knowledge of the Notting Hill area is crucial, and previous experience as a manager in a new opening is a plus! As an Assistant General Manager you will work closely with the GM and have the autonomy to run your pub your way. Working in partnership together to inspire and develop your team whilst delivering a truly memorable experience for your guests.
