DUNKIN’ DONUTS SHIFT LEADERS – FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions available.
Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin’ Donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.
Requirements for the Shift Leader position include:
• Provide our customers with great service • Positive attitude • Take accurate food and drink orders • Handle cash and credit card transactions • Coaching Crew Members • Maintain store cleanliness • Follow food safety procedures • 1 year leadership experience • At least 18 years of age • Solid leadership skills • Reliable transportation • Attendance and punctuality is a must • Commitment to teamwork • Ability to work day, nights and weekends • Hard working • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
