General Manager Designate - Nationwide
Salary up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience + bonus & benefits
Dirty Martini is rapidly expanding and is looking for General Managers to support our growth in the North.
If you are an existing General Manager who would love to develop your career within a successful and fast-growing cocktail brand, working with Dirty Martini is a brilliant way to build on your skillset whilst being supported by some of our most experienced management teams.
Management induction takes place over a period of at least 3 months and during this time, you will gain experience of a variety of our sites while we focus on you, so you can really learn about our brand, our products and how to run one of our unique venues the Dirty Martini way.
Our General Manager program covers the following areas:
• Extensive product and cocktail training
• Financial training including budgeting, forecasting and P&L
• Running of the day to day operations
• Atmosphere management
• Human Resources
• Leadership skills; ability to inspire and motivate other
• Training and coaching skills
This is a fantastic opportunity to experience our businesses and to learn from exceptional managers before being placed in your own bar.

• High operating standards and strong level of guest service.
• Natural leadership skills and ability to motivate others to deliver results.
