Recruitment Manager - Dirty Martini

 

  • £30,000 - £35,000 + uncapped bonus paid out monthly (OTE £45k)
  • Good fit for both agency and internal recruiter backgrounds
  • Hybrid work arrangement enabling  working from a variety of different locations whilst promoting a good work-life balance

Dirty Martini is one of the UK’s fastest growing cocktail bar brands that is full of opportunity and extremely talented people and is now looking for a Recruitment Manager to complete their HR team.

 

This is a great role for a resourcer/consultant looking at making their first move to in-house or for an in-house recruiter looking to develop their career within a young, successful, and progressive cocktail brand.

 

The role will report directly into the Head of People and with the company’s ambitious expansion plan the position will naturally come with plenty of opportunities to progress.

 

Recruitment Manager – key responsibilities:

 

  • Carry out the recruitment for a range of different managerial and head office roles, from Assistant Managers and Operations Group Chefs through to Finance Managers
  • Determine the best attraction strategies and actively source and headhunt the best candidates through various channels whilst keep the focus on developing diverse teams
  • Responsible for building candidate pipelines and manage the complete candidate journey from initial enquiry to offer of employment
  • Manage stakeholders of all levels to ensure the correct recruitment processes and procedures are followed and provide technical and strategic support
  • Run recruitment days and support the business with new openings
  • Increase the hiring managers' knowledge of recruitment policies, procedures, and activities
  • Conduct pay benchmarking exercises to ensure we are recruiting and retaining top talent
  • Ensure that all candidates, whether or not they are successful in the recruitment process, have a fantastic experience and become a great ambassador of the brand
  • Manage relationships with agency partners assist with other ad hoc recruitment projects

Whilst working closely with the Head of People, there will be a distinct amount of autonomy given and you should be able to be creative in your thinking of how best to attract new potential applicants to join our ever-growing business.

 

The ideal Recruitment Manager for Dirty Martini has:

  • Incredible passionate about food and drinks and the hospitality industry
  • Available and willing to travel to our regional sites, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Cardiff and Bristol
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work on a multitude of different positions across different states at one time will be essential
  • Ability to build strong working relationships quickly
  • A 'can do' attitude, proactive, organised and has a flexible approach to working
