THE POSITION
Crew is seeking Line Cooks with high volume restaurant experience.

JOB OVERVIEW
Line Cooks play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Working closely with nationally-acclaimed executive chef Kerry Heffernan, Line Cooks participate in all aspects of the kitchen, from prep work to cooking, and are ultimately responsible for quickly and consistently preparing our award-winning food.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications 
  • Set up and break down of station
  • Maintain cleanliness of station and kitchen at all times
