Description
Chefs Andrew Carmellini and Jason Hua are seeking PASTRY COOKS to join them at THE DUTCH, a roots-inspired American restaurant, bar and oyster room in SoHo named the "Best New Restaurant" to open in 2011 by The New York Times.

Ideal Candidates:
*Have excellent baking skills.
*At least 2 years of fine dining experience.
*Have experience on dessert stations in the kitchen.
*Are passionate about hospitality, pastry and baking.
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
*Are able to prepare and execute key components of dishes.
*Support their fellow cooks.
