As a VIP Host, a typical day might include the following:

• Scheduling and arranging VIP table services and special VIP events.
• Solicit new business and maximize table service revenue by marketing and sales efforts.
• Generate new business.
• Secure all VIP tables in the establishment on a nightly basis.
• Respond to prospective guests promptly.
• Develop table minimums, negotiate and close deals.
• Greet VIP clientele and escort them to tables.
• Respond and resolve to all VIP complaints and concerns.
• Deliver a high level of guest rapport and service.
• Complete all necessary paperwork daily.
• Promote Big Night Entertainment Group Restaurants and Venues in a positive and professional manner.
• You are able to work well with others.
• You are able to remember guest’s names and utilize them when appropriate.
• You are able to build guest loyalty.
• Other duties as assigned based on venues requirements.

This Job Might Be For You If:
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a VIP Host role with high service standards.
• You can demonstrate exemplary customer service skills.
• You have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• You have the ability to work well with people internally and externally at all levels.
• You have solid planning, organizing and scheduling abilities.
• You are able to demonstrate strong team building skills with emphasis on development and ability to think outside the box.
