General responsibilities include:
• Ensuring company policies are followed.
• Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service
• Planning, directing and overseeing the operation of the business daily.
• Overseeing and leading the work of our employees, carrying out and attaining the excellent customer service standards our customers are accustomed to.
• Planning and maintaining company procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the Envision staff
• Development of an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development, and high performance.
• Properly closing and opening the building
• Daily cash handling
• Basic use of Excel, and Word
• Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed
Specific Requirements:
• Prior Customer Service experience
• Over the age of 21
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
• Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
• Be a team player
