Description
Our Store Managers are entrepreneurs, salespeople, dedicated coaches, brand ambassadors, and data-driven, results oriented leaders committed to providing an amazing experience for our guests. They are passionate about the Everytable mission, to make healthy food accessible and affordable for all communities.

Responsibilities:

Create and sustain a culture of excellent customer service.
Own, implement, and improve the procedures for opening and closing of the store each day including adhering to opening/closing checklists, balancing cash drawers, and preparing deposits.
Connect with the local community by executing local marketing campaigns, and leading or participating in local initiatives.
Enthusiastically and accurately manage store-level implementation of any changes to our menu, messaging, or business/service model.
Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Ensure adherence and compliance with all state wage and labor laws.
Ensure adherence to all SOP’s, food handling, and safety policies.
Manage inventories of all perishable and shelf-stable goods and maintenance of all necessary equipment.

Qualifications:

2 years of prior retail or hospitality leadership experience managing a team of 5 or more
Strong ability to deliver an exceptionally hospitable customer service experience, achieving sales goals both as a participant and team leader
Proven ability to drive revenue and swiftly react to the current needs of the business
Ability to embrace change, adapt to new policies and procedures, use sound judgement when making decisions, and mediate conflict
Strong written and verbal communicator
Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, Square POS system, and others
Must be fluent in English. Spanish proficiency or fluency is a plus
Manager ServSafe Certification
Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience

Essential Functions:

Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours.

Some bending/kneeling/stooping required.

Regular communication with leadership and guests.

Some carrying, moving and positioning of objects and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Constantly monitors retail food temperatures and determines if products are up to all standards. Must be able to work in a fast, sometimes loud environment with varying temperatures.
