Who is Farmboy?
Farmboy takes the time-honored tradition of Wood-Smoked Meats (aka barbecue) - and blends it with the quintessential sandwich/sub. Guests at Farmboy enjoy authentic Smoked Meats and Sandwiches, in a rustic and comfortable environment. Our restaurant is designed specifically to ensure an engaging dine-in experience, or a quick and efficient carry-out experience. The traditional culinary elements of Farmboy are accentuated by locally sourced ingredients, with meats from animals that are raised and butchered nearby. Artisan, long-fermentation breads are baked on site, utilizing Heritage grains grown in Arizona. Our fresh fruits and vegetables are grown by local farmers and are typically harvested right before they are delivered, and can often be found in our indoor farmers market section that highlights seasonal produce year-round.

Farmboy highlights the best of Arizona; with an emphasis on excellent quality, and a menu that appeals to all diners. However, behind the menu lies a deep-rooted passion for building the local family farm economy, and bringing farmers and producers together with their community.

With a long history in restaurant management and hospitality training, Molovin Farms (the owners and operators of Farmboy Foods) has an intimate knowledge of how important the support from skilled, and caring employees truly is. We are looking for driven, passionate, and hardworking individuals who will be brand ambassadors with us; to form a strong team with high values and determination to make our goals a reality. We want committed, self-motivated, professional people, who are not just cooks and cashiers. Experience and a love for food and service is great, but not necessary! If you are a great person, with great qualities and personality, we want to work with you! At Farmboy, we genuinely care about where our foods come from, how they are cared for by the farmers we've made relationships with, and how we can make a positive impact and work to improve the food system for everyone, producers and consumers alike. In turn, we will need managers and employees who will be there to strengthen our bonds with the community and ensure our success in our process as we at Farmboy work to create the missing link in that chain.
Knowing the market for jobs in the food scene is vast and competitive, here are the benefits we bring to the table. We want committed enthusiastic people, and we think you'll feel that in our benefits package!

• Health Care options for all Full time employees. Dental can be added at the employee's expense and will be deducted from your paycheck.
• Simple IRA Account: Farmboy will pay a % of your bi-weekly pay into a basic IRA account that is YOURS, meaning it stays with you even if you leave!
• Farmboy offers accruable PTO to full time employees. We also follow the AZ sick time guidelines.
• Weekend Day Off: We will be seasonally closed on Sundays. That means that during our slow months, you will always have at least one day per week to relax, spend time with your family, and take care of personal errands.
