It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the eponymous D and D) in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants. Since then the company has become a vital player in London’s famous restaurant scene, owning some of the capital’s most celebrated restaurants, including Quaglino’s, Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird and Coq d’Argent. An integral part of the unfolding story of Battersea Power Station, Fiume has fast become a firm local favourite with its authentic, fresh Italian flavours. Fiume, the Italian word for river (a tribute to its location on the banks of the Thames), is made up of an elegant bar and restaurant and an open kitchen with a traditional pizza oven. The terrace overlooking the Thames has Battersea Power Station as a backdrop.

We are currently looking for an extraordinary Floor Manager, who will have exemplary service standards, charm, elegance, and warmth to engage both customers and employees.

We are looking for highly enthusiastic candidates who are open to new challenges, friendly, welcoming and ready to grow with the business. You will be looking after and motivating the entire team to achieve the best possible results and deliver an unforgettable experience to the guests.
