Position Overview
- Oversee Service and Guest experience
- Drive Core Values to ensure excellent guest experience
- Create a culture of continuous improvement as it relates to our service staff
- Oversee and ensure all company systems and policies are maintained
- Work closely with team in regards to scheduling, food/beverage cost
- Enforces & Maintains all labor laws and practices
- Assist in the execution of forecasting and budgeting
- Oversee Staff Training Program
- Oversee Staff Cross-Training Program
