Cocktail Server / Bottle Server
Description
Freehold is looking for a motivated and driven cocktail /bottle server for mainly weekends and special events.
High volume, lounge and nightclub experience is a must.
Duties would include
- Serving large parties and groups
- Serve special events and heavy programming nights such as live concerts
- Work closely with door personal and management to drive sales
- Develop relationships and repeat business
Candidates should have the following traits:
- Ability to work in a fast paced high volume establishment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Cocktail, wine and spirit knowledge
- Experience working with Aloha point of sale
