Work/Life balance is at the core of our team and while others preach this is something we deliver. 40 - 45 hours is a regular week for us with no split shifts and time allocated within that for your training an development.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team here with the aim to help you grow and develop through to more senior positions as you are ready. Prior experience in a similar role would be a help but not critical but you will need to be able to hit the ground running! We are a busy pub with lots of events going on so it is important that you can work well under pressure and have a keen eye for service. Located at the heart of the High Road in Chiswick we have a busy afterwork crowd along with our beautiful events space, The Boston Room, & dining room.

Hourly rate listed but salaried option available if preferred.

Could you support the day-to-day management of the pub?

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll take charge of our team and help to create a friendly atmosphere for customers.

You’ll still be out there on the floor, right at the heart of the action but it’s you that manages the day-to-day running of the pub.
