Description
Seeking experienced Executive Chef for The Columbia Grill, a classic American steakhouse with global flavors located on the grounds of of the Columbia Golf and Country Club in Claverack, NY.
Serving both an all-day dining menu to members and their guests only and when the restaurant opens to the general public in the evenings a full steakhouse menu. Indoor and outdoor dining. Full bar and private events in a separate banquet room for up to 125.
Successful candidate will be an experienced Chef well versed in steakhouse cuisine and with the ability to deliver in an upscale and demanding environment.
Salary, PTO, reimbursement of health insurance and annual incentive.
Good opportunity for someone who wants to work in a multi-unit environment and have the opportunity to manage other kitchens and cuisines as the group has several restaurants featuring different cuisines.
