THE POSITION
Crew is seeking Bartenders with significant high volume experience.

OUR COMPANY
Crew is an innovative hospitality group behind celebrated restaurants like Grand Banks, Drift In, Island Oyster, Pilot and High Tide. Founded by brothers and lifelong sailors, Alex and Miles Pincus, Crew creates and operates outdoor, waterfront, and experience-focused restaurants. JOB OVERVIEW
Our bartenders are ambassadors to our community, sharing great drinks, epic views, and island vibes. Successful candidates for this position will have a passion for engaged and friendly customer service; will possess a rich knowledge of the beverage world; and will be skilled at quickly and efficiently producing high quality cocktails. We are seeking candidates with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, a critical eye for detail, and a genuine ability to connect with both guests and staff. Must love sunsets. 


Specifically, candidates will:
  • Craft and serve superior beverages according to our recipes
  • Work within a team of bartenders to ensure top quality customer satisfaction
  • Be acutely aware of customer's needs and anticipate them
  • Provide customers with drink explanations and menu breakdown
