THE POSITION
Crew is seeking Line Cooks with high volume restaurant experience.

JOB OVERVIEW
Line Cooks play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Working closely with nationally-acclaimed executive chef Kerry Heffernan, Line Cooks participate in all aspects of the kitchen, from prep work to cooking, and are ultimately responsible for quickly and consistently preparing our award-winning food.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Produce and execute ala carte service and catering events
  • Assures that food quality standards are consistently attained
  • Follow strict sanitation and safety standards and procedures that comply with health regulations
  • Be able to multitask in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
  • Maintain effective communication with the BOH and FOH teams
  • Maintain organization of work areas and the kitchen
  • Follow company policies and operating procedures
