Chef de Partie

We are looking for ambitious Chefs De Partie to join our team of Greek Gastronomy enthusiasts. Greca is the contemporary expression of Greek food enveloping a multitude of experiences seeking to immerse our guests to the richness of Greek gastronomy, unfolding all the layers of genuine tradition.

Greca requires an Experienced Chef de Partie who is able to operate salad/sauté/roast station. An ideal candidate has experience in cooking and preparing a variety of meat, fish, pasta and vegetables, as well as sauce work. Fine dining experience a plus.

This is a Full Time Position with massive growth potential.

We seek candidates that have/are:
- over 3 years of culinary experience in a full-service high-volume restaurant
- a passion for food

- punctual and organized
- able to work fast and work well under pressure
