Junior Cocktail Bartender
Up to £9.50 per hour – Full time, Sundays off
About Us
Gymkhana is inspired by the bars and members’ clubs of the British Raj in India, serving contemporary Indian cuisine using seasonal British ingredients with a strong focus on the tandoori oven. The Gymkhana bar specialises in classic Indian punches, cocktails that fuse spices with Indian spirits, as well as a specialised gin and tonic list and a large selection of Whiskey, Absinthe, Arrack, lagers and Indian pale ales.
Gymkhana was awarded a Michelin Star in 2017 for the 4th consecutive year, Best Restaurant at the National Restaurant Awards at 2014 and BMW Square Meal 2014 Restaurant of the Year.
Job Role
We’re looking for junior cocktail bartenders with experience in high quality bars or restaurants, with a highly personable nature and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
As part of JKS Restaurants, the Gymkhana bar programme is fronted by award-winning Group Bar Manager, James Stevenson, and Head of Bar Culture & Training, Maya Tarrant, who are eager to impart their knowledge and encourage passionate cocktail bartenders to reach their personal and career goals.
