Summary of Duties:
● Coordinate Restaurant operation
● Deliver superior guest services and ensure a customer satisfaction
● Respond efficiently to customer complaints
● Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
● Schedule staff based on forecast and performance measures
● Appraise personnel’s performance and provide coaching and counseling
● Act as positive spokesman for company and brand
● Maintain service and hospitality standards as outlined
