Pastry Chef
We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team at the Central Production Kitchen, Bermondsey. We make and deliver the authentic flavours of Mexico to the heart of London, supplying our El Pastor branded restaurants with highly sought-after ice creams, queso fresco cheesecake, chocolate and mole tarts to name a few. Successful candidates will be able to understand our Mexican brand and bring creative suggestions to our menus, whilst following specs for current dishes. Organisation and planning skills are a must, as our Pastry Chef will to be able to monitor production, usage and wastage whilst looking to develop their skills with a brigade of talented and committed chefs who work around the clock to meet the demands of our own El Pastor brand restaurants.
