Commis Chef

We are seeking a Commis Chef to join our team at the Central Production Kitchen, Bermondsey. We make and deliver the authentic flavours of Mexico to the heart of London, supplying our own Mexican restaurants and others across London with highly sought-after tortillas, from corn from our farmers in South America, al pastor from the trompo, slow cooked short rib and salsas. Successful candidates will be looking to develop their skills with a brigade of talented and committed chefs who work around the clock to meet the demands of our own El Pastor brand restaurants and other restaurants across London.
