Title: Reservations and Sales Executive

Overall Purpose
Our Reservations Team are the voice of Hijingo and often the first contact customers will have with the venues. The executives, are responsible for converting and managing all enquiries and bookings from conception to delivery for all areas of the business (bingo sessions, exclusive areas, and private rooms), maximising every revenue opportunity, while ensuring every detail is managed to create an unforgettable experience for the guest.
The Reservations Team are based at our support office in Farringdon and the team work between 9am and 6pm.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing inbound enquiries from start to finish
· Ensure guests receive the ultimate Hijingo experience by offering the most appropriate activities, packages and setup available based on their requirements
· Maintain a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction, ensuring a smooth and premium customer journey
· Maximise revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and offering packages and additional experiences.
· Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to our guests.
· To have an in depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business and the products we offer.
· Liaise with clients to coordinate corporate or social events, building rapport and creating professional relationships
· Ensure every detail of a customer’s reservation is accurately recorded and labelled to ensure the best guest experience.

efficiency during high volume, high pressured periods.
Desirable:
· A strong understanding of the hospitality industry
· Experience in reservations and/or events
· Experience using Collins Enquiry Management & Booking system.
