The HK Hospitality Group is looking to add qualified applicants to our fantastic hospitality management team throughout Midtown and Astoria!
POSITION DETAILS
Schedule: Full-time / 45-50 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
Location(s): Opportunities available in Midtown Manhattan or Astoria, Queens
Atmosphere: Neighborhood Casual
Salary: Competetive Base w/ benefits; negotiable based on applicant experience and skill set
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Time and attendance management
- Scheduling
- Development and maintenance of the FOH employee training manual
- Staff training program
- Planning and content for weekly staff meetings
- Daily pre-shift meetings w/ staff
- Oversight and input on agenda and content with the management team
- Continual staff evaluations and feedback on performance
- Mgmt. training and development on all processes and systems
