Halsey’s is seeking a Manager for our bar located in the vibrant neighborhood of Astoria!
At Halsey's, we put people and quality FIRST. We’re serving up hand-crafted cocktails elevated eats in a buzzing atmosphere. We’ve got a passion for what we do, and so do!
What You’ll Bring to Our Team:
• An energetic leadership style with a passion for hospitality and service
• Minimum of (2) years of similar work experience and 3 years of having managed a cocktail restaurant and bar
• Experience with beverage program curation, execution and maintenance
• Well versed knowledge of the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
• A team oriented attitude with an aptitude for staff training and development
• Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling, cost controls, inventory and payroll
• A flexible approach and willingness to be a champion of progressive change
What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily operations with intention, setting the tone for engaged, high-energy floor service
• Maintain and develop a seasonal craft cocktail beverage program
• Bring the pieces of the puzzle together - recruit, interview, hire, train, coach and develop team membersprogram
