Our Huxleys Café is at the heart of the action in the centre of the high street in Chipping Campden. The community is buzzing with energy and we are right on their doorstep, ready for serving up delicious food and drink, delivered by a team with bags of personality.
This fun and demanding role allows you to own it, to use your initiative to drive sales and deliver the best experience for our guests. You will be recruiting, training and motivating your team to give outstanding service to every guest. In addition to ensuring your team and customers are loving it, you will also make sure that the property is hitting sales targets, operating within GP targets and ensuring that our standards are impeccable.
