Description
As a Concessionist, you will create a welcome environment for Customers. You will sell soft drinks, packaged and/or bulk candies, popcorn, hot dogs, ice cream, coffee, and other food items to theatre patrons. You will operate and clean concession and/or restaurant equipment. You will also clean , maintain, and stock the concession stand and/or restaurant.
Responsibilities:
•Demonstrate mastery of the food and beverage menu; respond to questions about menu items and drink options.
•Take accurate orders and deliver items as requested to ensure guest expectations are met consistently.
•Exhibit the ability to engage with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions and providing outstanding service.
•Build a relationship that makes guests want to return to our iPic location.
•If asked by Management, act as a peer mentor for new staff members.
