Production and Quality Manager

Description
Production and Quality Manager

Fun and passionate Production and Quality Manager wanted at Island Poké!

About us:

Bringing the laid back and vibrant 'island style' to Central London, we're a Hawaiian grab-and-go restaurant serving an interactive offering of poké (a deconstructed sushi if you didn't know!).

We genuinely love to share the spirit of Aloha with our customers and employees, and have opened six sites in our first two years across Central London - but this is just the beginning! We are looking to expand considerably in the near future, and there will be plenty of opportunity to progress within the company as we continue to grow.

What's in it for you as a Production and Quality Manager?

-Immediate start, up to 26,000 basic + a great bonus structure (up to 20%)
-Paid travel
-Flexible working hours
-Great induction and then ongoing training and development
-A great opportunity to be an influential member of a young and vibrant brand in the early stages of its growth
-Lots of room for progression
-Free lunches (obviously!)
-Legendary and lively staff parties
-Friends and Family discount
-Free onsite parking, with the option of public transport having a station close by

You are:

A strong communicator, preferably with a background in food. You’ll embody our company values; Innovative, Interactive, High Energy and Family ‘Ohana’. Although you’ll be employed by Pure Foods, you’ll push the boundaries, helping to deliver the best quality poké to our customers.

You naturally:

-Have an eye for detail, being organised and methodical
-Are driven, efficient and calm under pressure
-Have the ability to balance the needs of your team and the overall needs of the business
-Have high standards and understand the importance of always delivering high standards
-Have the ability to manage your time effectively

Key responsibilities as a Production and Quality Manager will be to:

-Train and supervise the production team
-Check products before leaving Pure Foods
-Liaise with the General Managers of Island Poké around product standards and relay feedback to your production team
-Ensure allergen information
-Host regular internal meetings at Pure Foods to communicate ongoing issues and upcoming changes
-Provide costings for new products well in advance of launch
-Spot check Island Poké sites in terms of food quality
-Work alongside the Operation and Marketing teams to ensure the seamless launch of new products
-Communicate sampling feedback
-Compile weekly reports on findings from Pure Foods and Island Poké

Interested?

If you're a highly motivated, customer focused Production and Quality Manager and would feel at home with our friendly, upbeat and positive vibes, then we want to hear from you!
