Fun and passionate Supervisors wanted at Island Poké!
About us:
Bringing the laid back and vibrant 'island style' to Central London, we're a Hawaiian grab-and-go restaurant serving an interactive offering of poké (a deconstructed sushi if you didn't know!).
We genuinely love to share the spirit of Aloha with our customers and employees, and have opened six sites in our first two years across Central London - but this is just the beginning! We are looking to expand considerably in the near future, and there will be plenty of opportunity to progress within the company as we continue to grow.

You’ll be fun and bubbly and having a passion for customer service is a must to join our ever-growing Island Poké team!

-Are driven, organised, efficient and calm under pressure
-Have the ability to balance the needs of your team and the overall needs of the business
-Have the ability to manage your time effectively
-Are passionate about the growth of the business
-Have high standards and understand the importance of always delivering high standards
Have an eye for detail and spotting opportunities
The “day to day” as a Poké Pro includes:
-Running a perfect poké shift
-Serving customers
-Taking till payments
-Running
-Being a part of the lively team spirit that we strive for
-Opening/closing the store
-Ensuring the shop and team are organised and ready for the lunch service
