THE POSITION
Summer Ops is seeking outstanding Oyster Shuckers with high volume restaurant experience for Grand Banks, Pilot, and Island Oyster.
OUR COMPANY
Summer Ops is the hospitality team behind a growing family of celebrated restaurants and bars. Founded in 2014 by brothers Miles and Alexander Pincus, Summer Ops has established itself as a leading operator in New York’s food and beverage community. Our Oyster Shuckers are rockstars. They are highly skilled practitioners that are the center of attention within our venues.
