Crew is seeking a full time General Manager with significant high volume restaurant operations experience for our season.

JOB OVERVIEW
General Managers are ambassadors to our community and ultimately responsible for ensuring elevated levels of customer service. They are charged with the day to day oversight of all FOH and BOH operations. They are also responsible for staff management and ensuring the financial stability of Crew and its associated venues operations.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Director of Operations to establish and achieve financial goals
- Responsible for staff hiring, training, support and leadership; maintaining staff morale
- Responsible for planning and executing staff schedules and conducting all staff meetings
- Responsible for upholding and improving upon our excellent level of hospitality; guest experience and restaurant flow
- Maintains food & beverage quality control; labor cost control through sales forecasting;
- Enforcing sanitation standards throughout the restaurant in compliance with NYC department of health regulations.
The General Manager is a role model, leader and problem solver, who can make informed decisions and manage the workforce in a timely and thoughtful manner.
