A bit about what you will be doing:

 

The Marketing Manager will execute a wide array of projects. We are looking for someone creative and passionate about hospitality and marketing. The role requires an individual who is proactive, efficient and a strong communicator, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

 

As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting our Senior Marketing Manager in developing the marketing strategy and implementing activity across our North D&D London restaurants, Angelica, Issho and Crafthouse situated in Leeds, and 20 Stories, Manchester.

 

The Marketing Manager will assist the Senior Marketing Manager in leading the strategic direction of all marketing and communications for these businesses, providing professional marketing and communications expertise to drive attraction to the venues, enhance their profiles, and directly contribute to business performance.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and implementing restaurant websites and other online updates (calendar, offers, events, press)
• Assisting with new partnerships for restaurants of the D&D group and special events
• Execution as directed of individual marketing initiatives including collateral production, liaison with suppliers, liaison with PR 
• Oversee of social media across identified restaurants including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok
• To be the central contact for marketing queries 
• To regularly review and ensure all external communication, websites, 3rd party online & collateral is up to date and relevant and 
delivered in a timely manner (Brochures, Google, TripAdvisor etc)  
• Timely reporting & measurement of group marketing initiatives and the collating of monthly reports
• To ensure all group marketing material is up to date, and reflective of the business in terms of quality and accuracy; for both 
online and hard copies. Ensure that marketing material is readily available in appropriate channels

• The candidate will be expected to travel from Leeds to Manchester, with expenses covered by D&D London

 

What we need from you:

 

• Experience working within the marketing field
• Experience in developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present pitches and ideas

• A positive and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude

• Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships, both internally and externally

• Experience of and comfortable working in a fast paced, flexible organisation

• Self-motivated and uses initiative

• Experience of working with multiple sites, or the confidence to do so

• Analytical skills to identify trends and challenges

• Understanding of all key marketing channels

• Understanding of measurement and evaluation, and knowledge of statistics to measure the success and impact of a campaign
