She has inhabited every corner of her new paradise giving it a homey yet equatorial touch suited for the enjoyment of anyone who enters. Someone you can, and should, get to know through the anecdotes and quotes adorning the pages of a beachwood inspired menu.

Join Pickle Hospitality as we embark on our newest journey, a retro tiki bar bringing all the tropical vibes and fun to the Upper West Side. Grab a seat at the bar for a closer view of our exotic concoctions, a window seat overlooking the dancing flames on the tiki torch adorned patio, or our coveted corner of the jungle lounge for ultimate immersion in our tiki oasis curated through the unique lush decor seen throughout.

We are searching for a bar manager. The candidate must be driven to lead, nurture and motivate a high performing team:

- Should have top industry experience and the ability to raise our already high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
- 3+ years of operational bar management experience
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry.
- Has an influential philosophy leadership and bar management presence based on mutual respect and organization coupled with strong business acumen.
- Understanding of inventory management systems.
- Experience ordering beer, wine and liquor from a variety of vendors.
- Lives the hospitality quotient and necessary communication skills. Cultivating and continuously improving guest rapport with new guests as well as our returning guests.
- The ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure while understanding the principles of People, Product and Process.
- Adheres to guidelines with regard to company standards.
- Strong computer and reservation/table management skills; Toast, ResyOS, Hotschedules
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
- Certification by NYC DOH is a MUST!
- Must have a flexible schedule and available to work nights and weekends
