 Salary Offer: $64,800/yr (with potential for annual merit increase & performance bonus)

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Works closely with the General & District Managers, President and Parent Headquarters in Manila (Philippines) with Finance and Corporate Planning teams to adhere to the organization’s standards and ensuring compliance to all company, government, and legal requirements

• Prepare and manage financial packages for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with insights and analysis on recommendations and opportunities for improvement and profitable growth
• Provide forecast updates including variance analysis with commentary and explanation for significant variances.
• Responsible for providing analytical tools and insights that measure profitability and support business decision making to lead profitable growth.
• Perform margin and ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives by maintaining and creating financial models with sensitivity and risk scenarios
• Knowledge in Financial Statements to analyze short to long-term cash flow requirements, balance sheet, and income statement (P&L) to identify key cost drivers and trends to support and drive actionable programs to improve operating income.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing tasks priorities
• Advanced Excel user with the ability to transform large amounts of data into meaningful insights; understand the audience and provide the right level of detail and analytics

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        At least 2 years of work experience in Finance Modeling/Accounting (restaurant industry, preferred)

·        At least college degree or related courses in Business, Management, Finance, or equivalent combination of education & experience. (Must requirement)

·        Proficient in MS Applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. (at least 3 yrs experience)

·        Above average planning and organization skills, detail-oriented and flexible/adaptable in work schedules and assignments.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
