Personal Assistant to the President


Description
Jean-Georges Management Seeking an experienced Personal Assistant.

Duties will be split between supporting the President of well-established restaurants as well personal assistance and household management at a private residence.

The job entails both office/administrative support as well as personal assistant duties for both the President and her family. Candidate should be highly organized and motivated.

RESPONSIBILITIES (these are not all inclusive):
• Work closely with the President to coordinate any and all personal needs.
• Respond in real-time to urgent inbound requests and scheduling updates.
• Work in conjunction with the President’s Executive team to ensure that nothing is overlooked in her professional or personal calendar, including family events, household needs, etc.
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response while in constant communication with the President.
• Ensure priorities are managed; daily and long-term requests are addressed.
• Organize and maintain filing systems.
• Draft correspondence and prep mailings.
• Help with special projects as assigned.
• Must be able to anticipate needs
• Must be discrete- Confidentiality a must!

REQUIREMENTS:
• College graduate preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Excellent organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to organize schedules and maintain calendars.
• Proven ability to prioritize, adhere to deadlines and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment with grace and ease.
• Well-versed in technology and possess excellent computer skills
• A fast learner
• A creative thinker who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty
• Flexible and up for anything- no task is too big or small
• Must be able to work fast-paced, accurately and with limited supervision.
