Assistant Restaurant Team Leaders assist Restaurant Team Leaders with:

o The store’s overall profitability and operational smoothness
o Employee training and coaching
o Ensuring the staff's compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures
o The quality of customer service and fostering a customer-centric environment
o The cleanliness of the restaurant and keeping it up to code with the DOH
o The consistently clean presentation of all guest facing areas, including the line items and chopping stations
o The morale of the store and maintaining a positive work environment
o Administrative tasks including: scheduling, payroll, inventory, compiling reports and food and beverage ordering

Must have:

o Food Service experience
o 1-3 Years of Food Supervisory Experience
o City/State required Food Service Certifications
