You will not only be a part of this growing brand, but you will be part of one of the most beloved hospitality companies in South Florida, the Subculture Restaurant Group.<br><br>WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ASSISTANT MANAGER, West Palm Beach<br>SALARY RANGE: $45,000 - $48,000<br><br>Some things you'll be doing:<br><br>Developing FOH staff (hiring, training, disciplining)<br>Scheduling staff; ensuring floor is appropriately staffed each night<br>Working closely with chefs; act as liaison to accomplish BOH's pursuit of serving delicious food<br>Managing administrative side of restaurant<br>Overseeing all events at the restaurant<br>Ensuring that guests enjoy the KAPOW! experience<br>Being a positive role model & leader for your support team<br>Skills & Requirements:<br><br>3+ years of restaurant management experience<br>Strong leadership skills<br>Ability to lead a team into battle and still earn their respect.<br>Strong food and beverage knowledge<br>Strong understanding of financials, food costs, labor models and pretty much everything needed to know to keep the doors open and the restaurant profitable.<br>Excel & Word like a whiz.<br>Exceptional service and floor skills<br>Experience with both special and private dining events a plus!<br>High volume, fast-paced restaurant experience<br><br>Kapow Noodle Bar! is the latest endeavor from South Florida restaurateurs Scott Frielich, Vaughan Dugan & Rodney Mayo located in downtown West Palm Beach.
