Kettlebell Group is our group business, now owning Kettlebell Kitchen, Soulmate Food and The Clean Bakery. We are growing RAPIDLY!

This places us as one of the largest meal preparation companies in the UK currently.

Kettlebell Kitchen is a health-conscious nutrition brand. Aiming to be as chemical free as possible and following high standards of our clean cooking ethos.

Rapidly growing, large meal prep side of the business, busy catering and events arm plus numerous stores and many in the pipeline.
We are looking for outstanding & driven people to join us on this exciting journey!

The Role:
Are you a driven account manager with 12 months experience in smashing sales? Are you good at maintaining key relationships and have a love for all thing’s nutrition? If so this is the role for you!

• Enhancing our customers’ experience with us, from the start of their journey and being their one point of call on their meal plan with us
• Exceeding customer expectations by delivering outstanding service at all times
• Communicating with customers via telephone and email
• Preparing quotes for customers, upselling and thinking on your feet!
• Advising on meal prep plans that suit customer goals and objectives regarding weight loss and muscle mass gain and general dieting/nutritional knowledge
• Calling existing clients to renew plans, taking payment
• Dealing with any issues and resolving problems that may occur
• Dealing with HOT web sales and prioritising your customers’ needs
• Creating own leads and referrals as well as business development
• Always looking for new and innovative ways to drive in new sales
• Reporting to Sales Manager, updating the system with relative client information
