Demipower is a privately-run family business that started in 1989 and is currently the second largest KFC franchisee in the UK, responsible for operating over 115 KFC restaurants across Greater London, Midlands, East Anglia, Home Counties, Western England and Wales. We are continuing to grow at pace as part of the KFC owned brand of quick service restaurants serving fried chicken. About the Role:


As a restaurant Team Leader you will help your team to be their best selves through on the job training by proactively supporting the management team to create a culture for all team members to be proud of through coaching, motivation, and engagement.

Whilst running the shift, you will be responsible for following KFC’s policies and procedures to ensure standards are satisfactorily maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People - Freshly preparing KFC’s famous chicken products
  • Customer - Utilise Company tools and reports so that the store confidently provides an excellent level of customer
service.

  • Sales - Though exceptional operational standards and approaches to customer service, consistently seek to
maximise the sales on your shift.

  • Profit - maximise the profitability of the restaurant by understanding and controlling all restaurant costs (e.g.
labour, food etc.).

  • Shift Running - Provide support for KFC restaurants within your area, as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a diverse workforce
  • Relevant experience in a retail environment
  • Passionate about delivering great customer service
  • Experience in developing, leading and coaching a team to improve performance
  • Be a strong influencer who is able to communicate at all levels with excellent customer service skill
  • Ability to effectively plan, organise and manage own and direct reports workload
  • Ability to work to deadlines and really rise to a challenge with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
