Sanitation Specialist

POSITION TITLE: Sanitation Specialist
REPORTS TO: General Manager/ Executive Chef

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for performing tasks such as detailed cleaning and sanitation of the dining room, maintain cleanliness of common high touch areas on a minimum of 30-minute intervals. Including bathrooms, side stations, POS systems, service bar areas, host stand, shared electronic equipment etc.
• Must be able to understand the proper use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning procedures to work in an efficient yet effective manner to adhere to CDC guidelines.
• Working knowledge of sanitation standards, such as the need to keep wiping cloths in a sanitation solution.
• Must always use proper personal protective equipment
• Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies.
• Make sure entire kitchen is maintained in a clean and sanitary manner as mandated by Health Department, CDC Guidelines and TOG Corporate.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours/day and carry 40 lbs.
