Commis Chef

Set to open this Autumn, our new opening in Cabot Circus, Bristol will be D&D London’s first in the South West of England. Our restaurant venue will be located within the listed 18th century Friary Building and will incorporate a landmark restaurant, bars, extensive private dining and a large outdoor terrace. We are very excited about opening our first venue in Bristol and will announce the food concept and name of the restaurant shortly.

We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to guests. At the same time, our Commis Chef will have the food knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver outstanding food, and in turn a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management.
