D&D London is a group of diverse restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris and New York. It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the eponymous D and D) in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants. Since then the company has become a vital player in London’s famous restaurant scene, owning some of the capital’s most celebrated restaurants, including Quaglino’s, Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird and Coq d’Argent.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Commis Chef to join our pastry brigade. Our brigade is responsible for delivering the sweet offerings to Angler, Chop House, events and in room amenities. You will have a passion for everything sweet and desire to learn and grow within a fast paced environment. We pride ourselves on delivering consistent and high quality produce using only the best seasonal ingredients.

What we are looking for:

• Passion and drive in the bucket load.
• A good eye for detail.
• Creative flair and desire to have input.
• Previous experience of working within a pastry brigade.
• High standards of Health & Safety and food hygiene.
• Consistent, high quality food that reflects our high standards.

Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
