Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Summary/Objective:

The Guest Relations Representative performs general office tasks and receives callers by phone and in person at establishment, determines nature of business, and directs callers to destination by performing the following duties

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Interacts in a courteous and professional manner with employees and representatives of other organizations and entities, both internal and external to the company.
2. Operates telephone console to receive incoming calls and messages.
3. Directs caller to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon.
4. Obtains caller's name and arranges for appointment with person called upon. Receives, tracks and resolves guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Administers Gift Card Program for corporate personnel.
6. Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
7. Stamps, sorts, and distributes mail. Stamps or numbers forms by hand or machine.
8. Collects and distributes mail and messages.
9. Maintains confidentiality with information sensitive in nature.
10. Respond to general questions from the public and customers.
11. Orders and maintains adequate inventory of office supplies and other administrative functions.
12. Coordinate travel and expense reports for senior leadership team, as requested.
13. Assist corporate team members with tasks and projects as time permits
