Pastry Cook

The Lambs Club, Geoffrey Zakarian's flagship fine dining restaurant is looking for a pastry cook. The restaurant is located off of Times Square inside the Chatwal Hotel. This is an ideal position for a recent culinary graduate or culinary professional looking to enhance their pastry career.
Pastry cook duties include, but are not limited to:
Opening/Mid or Closing Shifts
Managing station mise en place
General production for the restaurant and private dining
Able to work under high pressure/fast paced environment
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization
A positive attitude daily

Candidates should have a great attitude, willingness to learn, baking and pastry arts degree or 1-3 years in the pastry field equivalence and available to work weekends.
